1. About This Site
g1practiceteston.ca is an independent educational resource providing free Ontario G1 practice tests and study materials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), DriveTest, the Government of Ontario, or any other government body. Use of this Site does not guarantee that you will pass the official G1 knowledge test.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Site.

3. Free Practice Tests
Access to the practice tests on this Site is free of charge and requires no account creation. We reserve the right to limit the number of free tests available, introduce account requirements, or modify the free offering at any time with or without notice.

4. Premium Service
We offer an optional Premium upgrade for a one-time payment of $9.99 CAD. Premium provides access to additional features including unlimited practice tests, a passing probability tracker, a missed questions review tool, a top 70 G1 questions cheat sheet, and a road signs PDF guide.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing Premium, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Premium comes with a money-back guarantee if you fail your official Ontario G1 knowledge test after completing our practice program. To claim a refund, email us at syedamaryamnawaz@gmail.com within 30 days of your failed test with a copy of your DriveTest result. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. We do not offer refunds for any other reason.
No Subscription
Premium is a one-time payment. There is no recurring charge, subscription, or auto-renewal. Your Premium access does not expire.

5. Accuracy of Content
We make every effort to ensure our practice questions accurately reflect the 2026 Official MTO Driver’s Handbook. However, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Road rules and regulations may change. Always refer to the current Official MTO Driver’s Handbook as the authoritative source before your test.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on this Site, including failing the official G1 test.

6. User Accounts
If you create a free account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from this Site without our written permission
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract questions or content from the Site
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, study guides, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to g1practiceteston.ca and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Questions derived from the MTO Driver’s Handbook are based on publicly available government materials. We claim no ownership over the underlying road rules and regulations themselves.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no warranty that the practice tests will result in you passing the official G1 test.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g1practiceteston.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including failing the official G1 test, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $9.99 CAD, whichever is greater.

11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites including the MTO Driver’s Handbook and DriveTest centre locator. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
